POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Registered Respiratory Therapist or RRT eligible, AAS degree preferred. At least two years experience in a healthcare Wellness program, and/or clinical cardiac pulmonary rehabilitation center. ACLS required. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides direct patient supervision, patient education in relationship to Cardiac Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and direct patient monitoring. Assists Manager in establishing individualized patient treatment plans and goals assessments. Participates in direct patient care during Cardiac Pulmonary Rehabilitation activities and treatments. Makes appropriate recommendations to the Cardiac-Pulmonary Rehabilitation Manager Prepares records, reports and memoranda as required. Works collaboratively with medical advisors fostering communication and information sharing. Actively participates in professional/community organizations.
