Dr. Abacan received her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in the Philippines.  She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowhip in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the Cleveland Clinic.  Dr. Abacan is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.  She joined Oaklawn's staff in August, 2009.
